Betting and Game Rules
These rules explain how bets and spins are accepted and settled on your account with us, what happens when a game or a connection fails, and how bonus funds and live tables are treated. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and the rules published inside each individual game.

Rules that apply to every bet
The rules below apply to every bet, spin and hand placed through your account with us. Where an individual game sets out something more specific in its own help screen, the game's own rules apply to that game.
- You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed, and play carried out on them may be voided.
- Play is for adults aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity, age and payment details registered on each account.
- Your stake is taken from your balance at the moment a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet is final and cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back by you.
- Only bets recorded on our servers count. A bet shown on your screen but not recorded on our servers has not been placed and will not be settled.
- Where your account holds both real money and bonus funds, the balances are used in the order shown in the cashier and in the terms attached to the offer.
- The stake limits shown in each game and the limits shown in your account apply at all times. A bet above the limit shown is not accepted.
- Games must be played through the software we provide. Scripts, automated play and any tool that interferes with normal play are not permitted.
Your account history is the record
Every settled round appears in your account history with the stake, the outcome and the balance before and after. If something looks wrong, start there and note the date, the time and the round reference before you contact us.
How bets and spins are settled
Games run on the game server, not on your device. The outcome recorded by the server is the outcome that settles the round, even if your screen, your browser or your app shows something different because of a display fault, a slow connection or a cached image.
Outcomes are produced by a random number generator that is tested by the game supplier and by the testing houses our licence requires us to use. Each round is independent: earlier results have no effect on the next result, and no pattern of staking changes the odds built into a game.
- Wins are paid according to the paytable published inside the game at the time the round is played.
- Winnings are credited to the balance the stake was taken from once the round, including any feature or free spins, has finished.
- All stakes, wins and balances on your account are held and settled in pounds sterling, and amounts may be rounded to the nearest penny.
- The return-to-player figure for each game is shown in that game's information screen.
| What you want to check | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Paytable and winning combinations | The game's information or help screen, opened from inside the game |
| Return-to-player percentage | The same information screen; the figure is a long-run theoretical average across very large numbers of rounds, not a prediction for your session |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The stake selector in the game, together with the limits shown in your account |
| How a feature, jackpot or free spins round works | The game rules published with the game by its supplier |
Malfunctions, disconnections and unfinished rounds
Software and hardware can fail. Where a fault affects a round, the position is straightforward: a malfunction voids all pays and play in the affected round.
If a game malfunctions
A malfunction includes an error in the game software, a fault in the feed or server, a duplicated round and any result that a game was not designed to produce. Rounds affected by a malfunction are voided, stakes for those rounds are returned to the balance they came from, and any amount credited in error is removed.
If you lose your connection
- The round is held in the state the server last recorded. When you reopen the game, it either resumes from that point or has already been settled to your balance.
- Unfinished free spins or feature rounds are held against your account and offered again when you next open the game, in the way that game's supplier handles them.
- If a round cannot be completed at all, the stake for that round is returned and the round is removed from settlement.
- Closing a game, losing power or losing signal does not cancel a bet that has already been accepted by the server.
Credits made in error are corrected
If a fault, a duplicate payment or a display error credits your account with funds you did not win, those funds are not yours to keep. We adjust the balance, and where the amount has already been withdrawn we will ask you to return it.
Playing with bonus funds
Each offer carries its own terms, and those terms apply to play funded by that offer. Where an offer's terms and these general rules differ, the offer's terms decide the point for that bonus.
- Bonus funds and winnings from them stay restricted until the wagering requirement shown with the offer has been met in full.
- A maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies while a bonus is active. The figure is stated in the bonus terms, and bets above it may void the bonus and anything won from it.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates. Slots usually contribute in full, while table, card and live games contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates and any excluded games are listed in the bonus terms.
- Each bonus has a validity period shown in the cashier. When it expires, the unused bonus and any winnings still tied to it are removed.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the offer states otherwise, and a new offer is normally held until the active one is finished or cancelled.
- Staking patterns designed to clear wagering with little risk, including covering opposite outcomes on the same table, may void the bonus and the play funded by it.
You can decline an offer, or cancel a bonus in your account before wagering is complete, if you would rather play with your own funds under these general rules only.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are streamed from a studio where a dealer runs each round in real time. Betting is open for a set period in every round, and the table displays the time remaining.
- Bets placed after the betting window closes are not accepted, and any chips still on the layout are returned to your balance.
- The dealer's call, as recorded by the studio and confirmed on our servers, settles the round. Where a card is misdealt, a wheel call is void or a round is otherwise interrupted, the studio applies its published procedure for that table.
- Each table publishes its own rules, side bets, payouts and table limits in the help screen at that table. Those rules apply in place of anything more general stated here.
- Seats may be released after a period of inactivity so that other players can join, and the table limits in force when you sit down may change between rounds.
- Chat with dealers and other players must stay civil. We may withdraw chat or table access where messages are abusive or disruptive.
- If the video feed drops, the round still settles on the server record. Your account history shows the outcome once the round has closed.
If you think a round settled incorrectly
Contact us and we will look into it. Write to support@casino-jeffbet.co.uk or use the live chat on this site, and include the following so that we can find the round quickly:
- The name of the game or the live table.
- The date and time of the round, including the time zone you are in.
- The round or game reference shown in your account history.
- The stake placed and what you expected the outcome to be.
- Any screenshot or recording you have of the round.
We check the server logs for your account and, where needed, the records held by the game supplier. Those records are the basis on which the round is settled, and we will give you our answer in writing. If you are not satisfied with it, you can take the matter further under our complaints procedure, which explains the stages involved and the alternative dispute resolution provider available to you.
Tools if play stops feeling comfortable
You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time, and these settings apply straight away. GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline offer free, confidential support, and GamStop lets you block yourself from licensed gambling sites in Great Britain.
