Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your account with JeffBet and to every bet you place with us. They cover who can play, the checks we carry out, deposits and withdrawals, offers, the safer gambling tools in your account and how we deal with complaints.

Accepting these terms, and changes we make to them
These terms set out the agreement between you and us when you register with JeffBet, pay money into your account and play our games. By opening an account and confirming that you accept them, you agree to be bound by them, together with the rules of each game and the terms of any offer you take part in.
We hold a gaming licence for the services we provide and we verify the accounts we open. We therefore ask you for information about yourself when you register and at later points, and we may restrict what your account can do until we have it.
We may change these terms, for example to reflect a change in the law, in our licence conditions, in our payment arrangements or in the games on the site. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we give you notice by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
If you do not wish to accept a change, you may close your account and ask for any remaining balance to be paid out, subject to the rules below. Using your account after a change takes effect means that you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility and your account
Age and residency
You must be 18 or over to open an account, pay in money or play; gambling is for over-18s only. We check the age of every player, and our site is intended for players who are resident in the United Kingdom. If we find that someone under 18 has used an account, we close it, void all bets, return the money paid in and withhold any winnings.
One account per person
You may hold one account only, in your own name and for your own play. If we identify duplicate accounts, or accounts linked by shared details, we may close all but one of them, and we may void bonuses and any winnings from them. Do not open an account for anyone else, and do not let anyone else use yours.
The details you give us
- Register in your full legal name, as it appears on your identity documents.
- Keep your date of birth, address, e-mail address and telephone number accurate and up to date.
- Use a payment method that is in your own name and that you are entitled to use.
- Tell us through live chat or at support@casino-jeffbet.co.uk if any of these details change.
Keeping your login details safe
Keep your password and any other security details private, log out when you have finished, and tell us straight away if you think someone else knows your details or has used your account. Until you tell us, bets placed with your login are treated as placed by you.
Verification checks on your account
Before your first withdrawal is paid, we complete checks on your identity, your age and your address. We may repeat them later and ask for documents at any time while your account is open. These checks are a condition of our licence and we cannot set them aside. We may ask you for:
- a document that shows your full name and date of birth
- a document that shows the address registered on your account
- evidence that a payment method used on the account belongs to you
- clarification where a document is unclear, out of date or does not match your account details
Source of funds and affordability
Where we are required to do so, we ask where the money you gamble with comes from, and we may ask for documents that show it. We may also ask about affordability where the pattern of play on your account makes that appropriate. Anything you send us is handled as set out in our privacy policy and kept only for as long as we must keep it.
Checks come before money leaves your account
While a check is outstanding, a withdrawal stays pending and we may restrict deposits and play. If you do not send what we ask for, or if we cannot verify your age or identity, we may suspend or close the account, return deposits and withhold any winnings.
Deposits, withdrawals and offers
Paying money in
Deposits are made with the methods shown in the cashier when you are logged in. The methods open to you, the minimum and maximum amounts and any processing times are the ones displayed there at the time, so please check before you deposit. Pay in only from a source that belongs to you, and only with money you can afford to lose. We do not lend money and we do not accept credit card payments.
Taking money out
You can ask for a withdrawal whenever your balance is cleared and your account is verified. Where we can, we return money by the same method you used to pay in; where that is not possible, we use another method in your own name. Withdrawal limits and expected timescales are shown in the cashier. We do not pay money to a third party, and we may deduct any amount credited to you in error, for example after a technical fault or a voided bet.
Bonuses and other offers
Each offer has its own terms, published with the offer and applying in addition to these. They normally set a wagering requirement, a maximum stake while a bonus is active, the games that count towards the requirement, a cap on what can be converted into cash, and a period after which the bonus and anything won from it expires. Please go through them before you opt in, and check the status of a bonus in your account.
Use of offers
Offers are for ordinary play by one person. Where we see duplicate accounts, group play, low-risk betting used to clear a wagering requirement, prohibited stakes or any other attempt to take value from an offer in a way it was not intended, we may withdraw the offer, void the bonus and anything won from it, and exclude the account from future promotions. Your own deposited funds stay yours.
Safer gambling tools, and closing or suspending an account
Gambling should stay something you choose and can control. The tools below are free, you set them yourself in your account, and using one does not affect anything else about your account.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Deposit limit | Caps what you can pay in per day, week or month. A lower limit applies at once; an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period. |
| Reality check | Puts a reminder on screen after a period of play that you choose. |
| Time-out | Closes your account to play for a short, fixed period. |
| Self-exclusion | Closes your account to play for a longer minimum period that cannot be lifted early. |
During a time-out or self-exclusion you cannot deposit or play, we take you off our marketing lists and we will not open a new account for you. GamStop lets you block yourself from participating online operators in one step, and free, confidential support is available from GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline, which are separate from us.
Closing or suspending an account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through live chat or at support@casino-jeffbet.co.uk, and it helps us to know if the reason relates to gambling harm. We may also suspend or close an account where:
- you ask us to, or you self-exclude
- the account has been inactive for a long period, in which case we tell you first and any balance remains yours to claim
- you break these terms, the terms of an offer or the rules of a game
- we must do so under our licence or the law, or we suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion or software used to influence a game
- the checks described above cannot be completed
When an account closes, we pay out any cleared balance that is lawfully yours, subject to verification. Where the closure follows a breach, we may void the affected bets and withhold bonus funds and winnings arising from that breach.
Complaints, our liability and governing law
Raising a complaint
If something goes wrong, tell us through live chat or write to support@casino-jeffbet.co.uk with your username and what happened. We acknowledge complaints, look into them against the records on your account, and answer within a reasonable time, explaining the outcome and the reason for it.
If our answer does not settle it
You can then refer the matter, at no cost to you, to the independent dispute resolution service that handles complaints about our site. We tell you how to do that when we give our final answer, and we take part in the process.
Our liability
We provide the site with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that it will be available without interruption. If a game, a payment or a display is affected by a fault, we may void the affected play and return the stakes. We are not liable for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. They are written in English, and if a translation differs the English wording applies. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply, and if we do not enforce a term straight away we may still enforce it later.
